Try the steps below. Also, be sure you have the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat.

Option 1
- Close your web browser.
- Open Adobe Acrobat.
- Acrobat 5 users: Choose "Edit," "Preferences," and "General" (or
Options).
Acrobat 4 users: Choose "File" "Preferences," and
"General."
- Acrobat 5 users: In the
Options section, de-select "Display PDF in Browser."
Acrobat 4 users: In the Options section, de-select "Web Browser
Integration."
- Click OK and then close Adobe Acrobat.
- Restart your web browser and try again.
Option 2
- While in your web browser, right-click on the PDF link and save it to your desktop.
- Close your web browser.
- Open the saved PDF through Adobe Acrobat from your desktop.
