2007 Annual Contribution Report Web-based

Your 2007 annual contribution report will be ready for you to complete on the KPERS employer web portal starting January 7, 2008. The due date to file your annual contribution report is February 7, 2008.

The login link for the web portal is at http://www.kpers.org/employers.htm. Please be sure to also click the nearby link for “Instruction Sheet for Annual Reporting" (PDF, 90KB). This sheet highlights important information you need to know about reporting before you get started. Complete instructions on how to use the employer web portal for annual reporting are in the HELP section of the portal once you are logged in.

Your timely and accurate reporting of annual contributions is a key element of the Retirement System. The information updates member records and is used for member annual statements. It is also the source data for determining benefits. Information from your contribution report is provided to our actuary to calculate the Retirement System’s actuarial liability. The information you are sending is important.
