Whether you are a retiree or inactive member, it is important that you keep your address information up-to-date with us.

If your address changes, please print, complete, and mail a Change of Address form to the address provided below or e-mail the following information:

Members, legal guardians or power of attorneys may request an address change. KPERS must have a certified copy of the legal papers if you are not the member.
