Browser Download Instructions

For best portal performance, use:

• Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher
• Mozilla Firefox 1.5 or higher

Internet Explorer

To get the latest version of Internet Explorer (Internet Explorer 7.0), click the following link:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.mspx

1. Click “Downloads” at the top middle of the screen.
   A second screen is displayed.

2. Click “Windows Internet Explorer” on the secondary menu along the top.

3. Scroll down the page and select your operating system and click "go."

4. Click "Download" in the middle of the page.
   A dialogue box is displayed to ask if you want to run the software.

5. Choose “Run.” (Depending on your internet speed it may take a few minutes to complete.)
   Another dialogue box is displayed to ask if you want to run the software.

6. Choose “Run” or “Yes.”
   Your computer will prompt you to install the software.

7. Follow the directions displayed.

FireFox

To get the latest version of Mozilla FireFox, navigate to the following link:
http://www.firefoxresource.com/co/firefoxresource/?sid=M2AG0001fGS

1. Click “Free Download.”
   A second screen is displayed.

2. Click “Safer browsing. Fast searching. Get the Google Pack.” (This is a white box with an orange arrow
   pointing to it.) A third screen is displayed.

3. Scroll to the “Additional Software Included” section.

4. Under “Mozilla FireFox with Google Toolbar” click the “Learn more” link.
   Another screen is displayed.

5. Click the “Download Firefox – Free" button (This is a big green button near the top, center of the page.)
   A dialogue box is displayed to ask if you want to save or run the file.

6. Choose “Run.” (Depending on your internet speed it may take a few minutes to complete.)
   Another dialogue box is displayed to ask if you want to run the software.

7. Choose “Run” or “Yes.”
   Your computer will prompt you to install the software.

8. Follow the directions displayed.
